Taylor was part of a teaser announcing a GMA-exclusive preview of episodes one and two of her forthcoming docuseries The End of an Era. For those unaware, a GMA-exclusive is a basically a patented Taylor promotional move - she’s worked with GMA since the early stages of her career to offer them exclusive first dibs on her projects.

Now, for the outfit itself. For a shoulders-up appearance like this, a dark turtleneck fades into the background - literally. Here, her face is framed to take precedence. In addition to offering a cozy feel, it also makes things that much more personal. Which, to me, makes sense given the docuseries is set to provide an unprecedented behind-the-scenes look at Taylor and her life while on this monumentous tour.

We don’t see much of this knit, but based on the width and texture of the ribbing and Taylor’s history of wearing many of their pieces, my guess is it’s this Alaia bodysuit (a very important designer). This piece does have a few distinctive details that make it stand out that I’d love to see on Taylor to really confirm it. Curved ribbing around the bust and a thumb hole amongst them. Fingers crossed we get a closer look in other announcement clips or else expect an update to come should this prove otherwise!
