Part-Time, Virtual Assistant

Taylor Swift Style is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to help thoughtfully migrate and organize our archive of existing content — plus assist with various behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the world of TSS running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and genuinely excited about Taylor, fashion, and internet culture. Bonus points if you’re already familiar with TSS (or have been following along for years 👀).

The primary focus of this role will be thoughtfully migrating and formatting a large archive of existing posts, with care and accuracy prioritized over speed. A secondary focus will be general admin support getting supplementary pages on TSS up to speed. Additional tasks may include research, image sourcing/organization, and general admin support.

Ideal candidates are:

• Based in North America for timezone overlap

• Eager to learn and responsive

• Comfortable taking feedback and direction

• Excited by the content and community surrounding TSS

helpful, but not required:

• Experience with CMS/blog formatting

• Familiarity with photo licensing or image databases

• Background in media, fashion, publishing, or fan communities
